Power Putty,ivanko Griper And Powerball....

The powerball and putty will do very little for your grip. With that said, you don't train your bench everyday for a maximum press do you?

You need to look at the functions of the hand and develop your routine from there. Common exercises are grippers, plate pinching, thickbar, leverage work and flexion/extention. Bending and tearing are feats that will tax many of these functions.

Read up. You need to educate yourself so you can ask good questions.
