Well who wants to help push me higher?

I'm not really doing much conventional grip work right now because of my armwrestling, but I am using the Inch replica dumbell.

On this I have just started again to deadlift it and do timed holds with a thumbless grip, as this is the cupping training I need for a/w. Anyone wanna come along for the ride, say 2-3 months work? We can post the results on the board or keep it private with pms or whatever.

Come on help me out. Bigger cupping strength = better armwrestler.

Do you think using a thumbless grip on the Rolling Thunder would work also? I don't own an Inch :cry Good luck with your training David! :rock

It would be a lot easier, but if I get no responses then we can set up a handicap challenge or something similar.

Hopefully I can get a few going against me with an Inch replica, but if not we'll do some kind of handicap thing with maybe the Rolling Thunder.

It should be fun! :)
