Building Up Part Of The Hand

you know were the bottom part of the gripper hits the hand under the thumb

( thebottom part of hand )

well i was wondering if it was possible to build this part of the hand, because i feel it wold help me with my crushing grip.

It will build as a by-product of crushing grippers or

the ISG. You can train it specifically by doing inverted

closes with a weaker gripper using your ring and pinky

fingers.

give block weights a go as well. trying picking them up with just the ring and pinkie (and thumb, of course :tongue )
