Whew, I'm going to start taking my grip endurance a bit more seriously after this. I'm definately pleased I didn't take last in darn near every event like I did last time I did this. Big thanks for giving me a reason to spend the money and time to make a 1 inch V-bar.

Hey Eric,

What do you think about having an east vs west online grip contest in the future?

The Mississippi river would be the divde line.

Might be kind of fun.

I'm definately curious about the 25# plates used, maybe mine are real thick, but I can only hold em for about 10 seconds. I wanted to join in the fun but have injured right hand, no way I could do v-bar or plate pinch, I'd have been in there, except that plate pinch for time, damn. Great lifting guys, I will definately be ready for the next contest.

One question though:

Whats the reason that nobody got 10 points in the vbar event?

There's actually a very good reason for that Franky - I'm a goober! :whacked :stuart

But I just fixed my typo, which incidentally didn't affect Chris's total point score. So maybe I'm only a partial goober.
