Rolling Thunder

Recommended Posts

2 new guys at the gym today who recently joined had a go at my rolling thunder i had 45kg on the pin (99lbs), the one got that up as if nothing was on it, he went and put another 2 20kg plates on to make it 187lbs, that went up easy aswell both hands, dropped another 20k plate on to make it 231lbs that went up with his one hand. He was flying tried 10kg more on this to make it 253lbs, but after a few attempts of it almost breaking he couldnt get it up, but i was just standing there in amazement, he was built like a brick shit house and had some grip strength to go with it.

time for me to put some overtime in the RT now :)
