apdwler
I wasn't training much last year. I had job problems. I got them ironed out in November, then cought a bad virus. So finally have some success is a great feeling. I leavered a 12lb sledge, with the arm in front of the body, to my bent back (neck) nose. Don't know how this compares to doing it at an angle, like Master Black does. Most oldtimers I have mentioned it to, farmers mostly, did it with the arm to the front. I plan on adding doing it to the side soon. http://www.geocities.com/fightraining
Guest woody36
apt, Great work on the Levering! I may be wrong, but i would imagine more stress is placed on the shoulders in the sideways lever, so maybe a warmup of that area first just to prevent injury. Can you do it with either hand?
