kelby Posted November 3, 2004 Share Posted November 3, 2004 i have been working out with grippers for a two months now. i was ok with the number ones, my fingers were stiff at nights, but a real good stiff. but now i started using the number twos. it seems like my fingers are sore, not so sore that i can't squeeze the grippers, but a little sore when i pull something. and when i rub my fingers it seems like the ligaments are a little sore. is this normal or should i take some time off. i can still train my max, but i don't like the soreness of my tendons. please give me some advice, i have been soaking in really hot water past couple of nights, and man that feels good.
