FrankyBoy
Thanks alot for putting this up, Flo. I'm very satisfied with the winning of two of the five events. Thomas simply has the better all-around grip. He is the deserved winner, for sure.
Jonathan McMillan
Congrats looks like it was a good contest!!! What was the lift used with the apollon's axle: clean and press, overhand DL? Jon@han
FrankyBoy
It was a DO deadlift, Jonathan. Congrats looks like it was a good contest!!!What was the lift used with the apollon's axle: clean and press, overhand DL? Jon@han ←

Mikael Siversson
V-Bar: 1. Frank Henritzi: Left: 105 kg Right: 115 kg 2. Andreas Aulbach: Left: 100 kg Right: 110 kg 3. Alexander Geitner: Left: 95 kg Right: 102,5 kg ← Well done to everyone competing. Regarding the v-bar results (although not done with a LGC-replica I believe), the RT and Apollon's Axle would have sapped a lot of grip strength for the final event. Clay Edgin
Great work guys! Franky, you did great for a guy who was worried about placing in the top half.
FrankyBoy
It was a LGC replica. Weights are without the bar and the pipe which enabled the use of olympic plates. Actually I wanted to start with 110kg lefty and righty. This wasn't necessary, so the vbar results were far far under the expected ones. V-Bar: 1. Frank Henritzi: Left: 105 kg Right: 115 kg 2. Andreas Aulbach: Left: 100 kg Right: 110 kg 3. Alexander Geitner: Left: 95 kg Right: 102,5 kg ← Well done to everyone competing. FrankyBoy
Martin Kotte bent a Red Nail with ease right after the contest. All others were zapped. Florian who didn't compete did some gripper demonstration and closed some of the nasty ones which were brought to him. Congratulations to all who competed. Good choice of events. Were there any other lifts done after the contest? ←
FrankyBoy
Thanks Clay. Your tips in choosing the attempts made the win in the vbar event quite simple. Great work guys! reubi
Hi Flo, thanks for the complete list. One question: Thomas Becker = Thorsten Berger? Is this a typo or did I miss something? Greetings, Gerrit
