Plate Pinch

I was wondering if there is a standard thickness for the 2 hand plate pinch event. Like the thinkness of the plates at the GGC or Europeans.

The plates at GGC were 2.5" thick when gripped together. I think these are also the same plates that were used at BFGS

Cool, just wondering for comparisons sake, wanna make sure I'm using similar stuff. Of course I'm sure not using comparable poundages, but someday I hope to.

I don't think there is a standard. The ones from BFGS and GGC happened to be the same by chance. The one's used in the Europeans are adjustable.
