JamesG
What is everyones opinion of focusing on wide pinch and crush at the same time? Im training for the Im cert credit card rule and would also like to hit wide pinch hard. Does wide pinch hurt or help with the crush? Any ideas would be appreciated. James G. handgripperman
If you train with hex head block weights, it will really help you to closing the 3 for cert
austinslater
James, Hit that 2x4 setup and it will help your crush. Dont go overboard on it but add it in 1xwk or so. Looking forward to training with you again buddy! Austin

SqeezeMasterFlash
Working with blobs has improved my grippers without even touching them
austinslater
What we have been using is 3 2x6's and it is great for wide pinch. I also like the idea of not having to worry about hand or surface conditions. Something about wide pinch and total hand strength . . . Lyle
interesting, so is the general consensus of those trying to crush better is to add wide pinching as well? I do the pony clamp "one handle has as steel bar across it for the fingers" and keep adding elastics to it. would this qualify?
