Hit A Nice Pr Today Training For The Inch Dumbell

After my deadlift workout today I came home and decided to put 150 lbs on my holle-it-up dumbell (an 8 lb. jump from where I last trained). It went so easily (both left and right hand) that I decided to put 162 lbs on. I got it pretty easily with my right, but could not get it with my left. I got a second rep with the right hand as well.

I hope the holle-it-up dumbell is close to the Thomas-inch or at least a little more difficult than the regular loadable training dumbell. I don't want to show up at my competition and be completely surprised.

I'm interested to hear how the Holle it up handle compares to the Inch. Nice lift by the way!

Don't be afraid to load that thing up to a ridiculous weight, two hand it up to lock out and try to sustain a one-handed hold on it. Do triples like this, bro.
