Bill Piche
I used multiple singles and also overcrushes.
JustinH
I haven't done it for a little while but when I did I did holds for time with 2 25's.
Clay Edgin
I've been having good luck working up to heavier singles until I can't lift a max anymore and then overcrushing 2-45's in two hands for as long as possible. I do a few set of those overcrushes (overpinches?) and call it a night.

Jonathan McMillan
Dave, I also reccomend keeping up with one hand pinching. It has great carryover. You can do a negative by lifting with two hands and holding with one for time etc. I am kicking myself in the butt for letting my one hand pinch slide so much this year!! underdawg
Ditto the one hand pinch. That's about all I was doing when my 2 hand pinch was at its highest.
