Building More Muscle Mass

Ive been experimenting with grippers and block weights for a while now, doing grippers for a month or so then swapping over to solely block weights for a while.

I noticed gains in muscle mass more with the block work, anybody else notice the same thing or maybe the opposite.

Block weights have given me more mass in my hands, grippers have given me more definition in my forearm, but nothing has increased my forearm mass like a nice thick wrist roller.

Blockweights have done more for my hand mass than anything else.
