New Book Out By Dale Harder

Clay Edgin

Recommended Posts

Check out the equipment gallery for a blurb about Dale's (oldtimer) new book. Over 100 photos, 320 big pages, and tons of great info.

Dale is the author of several editions of "Strength & Speed" and publishes a monthly Strength and Speed newsletter. It is like the strength world's version of the Guiness Book and Ripley's Believe or Not rolled into one.

Did he per chance mention me anywhere in the book? :(

Wonder if I'm still in it since the title is different?

I'll buy one either way though.

Ha ha - who knows. I did see Clays name mentioned on that list. But in fairness the book will measure what you have done against other sports. Even if (Syber) it's just the CoC 3 close.

He says "and not to mention Snott". So the answer is no. :tongue

Hey... if I'm not in it - I'm not buying it!! ;):laugh

I had a chance to look through the book this weekend and really like it! It has well over 100 1-4 page bios on strength athletes of all sports. Sorry, no mention of Snott. Mobster and David Horne have a nice couple of pages to themselves, as do I.

What I really liked about it are the pictures of oldtimers like John Davis pinching 2 York 35's with his 7" hands and of him jerking Apollon's Axle.
