handgripperman
What does joe kinney do on the video
sigmfsk
Grinds the handles on a #4. Shows all his grip machines and discusses his training methods. Bursts beer cans. I consider it a must-have video.

jimcg
can i use a credit card to order joe kinney's video. i live in canada and it will take twice as long to go through money order. ← I live in Sweden and I just put the money in an envelope (inside a couple of folded papers) and sent it. Worked fine! The movie was well worth the money, but very poor quality though. I guess he uses an old cassette to make the copies from. //Jim

richla
I bought it when it first came out. The quality is a bit rough, but fine. I LOVE the video. Buy it.

Rob928
I don't have the video, but is it true that he did a no set on the #4 and ground the handles? That's just plain crazy. I know he trains (trained) like a psychopath....but daaaaaamn. And he also closed it 5 years before anyone else right? Does anyone know the exact specs of the #4 he was closing? Thinking about that kinda power makes me sorta dizzy Rob
