So I rated the two standard grippers and I rated 107 on the SG copper 105, and 123 on the SG platinum 118.  is measurement don’t with the dogleg rested or being pulled down. Could play a factor if leg length is different. Also the thickness of my strap as well as friction on the trolley supporting the weight being loaded.

Will keep rehabbing knee & hopefully will be fixed soon. Can’t wait to squat lower again 😬. Inc Bench was kin heavy . Will hit more sets nxt wk. Axle Deads felt ok. Happy with PB & fingers crossed I’ll get 100+k at the comp. Pinch wasn’t great . Fingers hurting by this point. Will keep plugging away. Was very warm in the gym tonight 26 degrees. I’m going to try & get a few more reps in on comp exercises for the next few wks. Give my hands a bit of a rest.
