Will keep rehabbing knee & hopefully will be fixed soon. Can’t wait to squat lower again 😬. Inc Bench was kin heavy . Will hit more sets nxt wk. Axle Deads felt ok. Happy with PB & fingers crossed I’ll get 100+k at the comp. Pinch wasn’t great . Fingers hurting by this point. Will keep plugging away. Was very warm in the gym tonight 26 degrees. I’m going to try & get a few more reps in on comp exercises for the next few wks. Give my hands a bit of a rest.   

Reduce your intake of uneccesary carbs and do more cardio. Drink enough water and have a good diet.

Hello, @Cannon; we spoke through email earlier last week. I will rate them and get back to you. I haven't had time since I just received them over the weekend. I am planning on it though.  PS The Standard Grippers are by far my fav thus far. I love the Aggressive knurling!
