What they said, plus soak your hands in ice bucket. Avoid grippers for the time being and do other grip training for at least a month (don't forget what others have said here). Train your whole body too and especially the wrists and extensors. You should come back stronger. -

Thank you Doug. Not yet. Luckily it's not too painful just really really tight. I'm pretty confident it's from using a much shorter loading pin now with the crusher handle. To me anyways, it turned it into a while new lift. It's just my lower backs way of telling me if I'm going to lift the inch I can't neglect it. -
