    Solid session, I love dragging the sled backwards, I start or finish every lifting session with them, and also do them on “rest” days (I am completely incapable of resting) i like the idea of KB leg extensions , was that your first time trying them? I’ll have to give that a try

    I had to stay on them about the cannonball...but the accuracy of their dates seemed better with the baby inch so I thought they were improving. Guess not. For what it's worth...on smaller stuff it seems a bit faster...perhaps because they have some inventory already made. And that stuff being lighter...the boxes arrive in much better shape than the heavy stuff.

    If I had to list my top priorities it would be- Snapping (Tomajko style thigh crush) Classic underhand bending (like 1" space between pads) And horseshoes (most important). The rest would be armwrestling and physique related.

    Also, here is an sx7 #2 I did and a red nail snap Tomajko style, done 2 days ago. The red nail took ~9 minutes. No leg pad for that either.

    Did some more sx7 #2 and #1 with no leg pad the past few days. Also got some black triangle grade 8 bolts from a local supplier. Did one reverse and DU today. They were VERY hard. Harder than every other grade 8 I have tried. Great training bolts. They were $30 for 30 of them. Quite the steal. The bolt supplier has everything. I'm picking up 20 6mmx150mm 12.9 bolts. $2 a piece. I've been thinking about my goals lately. I wanna be amazing at horseshoes, so I think those will be my top priority. For unbraced I might stick to traditional underhand. Not sure what else I can fit in. Maybe the rest of my training will be more physique and armwrestling oriented.

    The only #2 I have rated right now is a filed one at 108. That extra few mm will probably stop every one of them from a complete close. Next play is tricky...I have two #2.5s...a 124 and 128. And I seem to stop around 117 (as seen last July and a couple months ago). So do I go big and squeeze the 128 or play it safe and go for the 124 because it's closer to my max?

    I wouldn't have minded as much, but they kept telling me info that turned out not to be true. If they said something would be done tomorrow, that turned into a week or two. If they said a week, it turned into at least 2-3 weeks. I think they may need an extra set of hands and may not yet have quite the revenue they need to hire someone, but that's just a guess. I do have to say that they put on grip competitions, and in some ways I think they do it better than the competitions over here.

    Sorry you had such a bad experience. I've had to wait a while for their stuff...a cannonball got lost...and my baby inch miraculously arrived in a completely blown out box. But I always gave them the benefit of the doubt because they replaced the lost item and generally provided good customer service.

    THURS 25/4/24 Backwards sled drag 17.5k x 5 mins Banded knee bends blue band 3 x 10 Safety Bar Squats Bar x 5 , 60k x 3, 80k x 2, 100k x 3, 120k x 2, 150k x 2 Band face pull 5 x 10 Bulg Split Squat 7k x 5, 12k x 5, 22k x 5 x 2 Band pull aparts 5 x 10 KB leg ext 4k x 8, 8k x 8 x 2, 12k x 8 Inc DB bench 22k x 12 x 3 Rotator Block 2k x 8 x 3 50mm Roller handle 1 arm cable rows 10k x 3 ( way too light) 20k x 12 eh 25k x 12 eh Cable tri press down 20k x 15 x 3 Plate Hub Pinch 2.5k x 2, 3.5k x 2, 4K x 1, 5k x F . Band assisted plate hub pinch 3.5k x 2, 4K x 2, 5k x 2 Sled drags hit the hips. Squats felt heavy & a touch high. Bulg felt hard but happy with weight. KB leg ext felt different. Hit the spot tho. Inc Db bench just trying to be a Swoldier. Roller 1arm rows were pretty good. Nice feel in the lat. Cable press downs only light but target tri nicely. Plate hub pinch has become a bit of a quest for me. I want to be able to pinch a 20k plate. Still shocking at them . Added the band as I remember that being a way to bridge between weights & Phatmuscle used to bang on about them lol. All in all a half decent sess. Got some work done & enjoyed it. My Roller handle cable row set up My sophiscated band set up . Worked ok to be honest .

    Thats awesome man. I carry everything I can at work like that... But I never push it because I dont want to fry my hands for the gym. Even shoveling i do it like a weaver stick lift sorta..
