#2 Soon!

Hi Guys!!

Im so pumped right now :rock

Got my grippers 5 days ago, can close the #1 every time but could only get the #2 a little past parallel.

Today tried the #2 and got it to 5mm apart!! :yikes:yikes (measured by my wife)

Training wise, Ive been doing reps with the #1 and holds and negatives with the #2 (I must be doing something right) Got very sore skin but just taped my hands and keeped going.

Hopefully I will close the #2 soon and then on to the #3! :D

Thanks to all for the info on this site :bow

Regards

Ray

Good work!! It took me quite a while to get that far. Take it from me, it is easy to overtrain when you first get them, so if you get sore, rest for awhile. The last 1/2mm is the worst.

It's were you get pennies and tape them up on to your strap, so its thicker, then just do your normal strap hold.

The penny stack strap holds have really help me with closing my #2. Im about paper thin on a good attemp, and hope to have it mashed within the next week or so...

:D I am also paper thin now with closing the number 2 with my right hand. Although I am not working it real consistent I do it enough to maintain where I am. Soon I will close it but in no hurry.
