Just Bought These!

I'm currently using my COC's trainer to #2 and an eight pound sledgehammer. I just bought a pinch block and rolling thunder from ironmind and was wondering how to incorporate them into my current routine. I usually devote 3 training sessions to my grip, starting with some negatives on the #2 and overcrushes on the trainer. Then I was thinking of doing some levering with the sledge followed by some pinching and ending with the farmer's walk holds!

Does this look ok?

Depends on what you want to achieve. The most important thing is to have fun. I did everything: crush, pinch, lever, bend for a long time as much as I could until I decided to focus on a goal.

I don't really have a specific goal. I'm just trying to develope good, overall hand and forearm strength. It's just kind of a fun thing to do and it helps my other lifts as well!

I am definitely having fun. My girlfriend thinks I'm crazy though because I have a huge sandbag and a sledgehammer sitting in our living room!
