Rick Walker
What you need: -Thick piece of wood atleast 10-12 inches in width. -2 hook screws -1-pair of mini jumpstretch bands -something to attach the minis too (power cage) Measure the screw holes so they are even, screw the hooks all the way into the wood so there is just enough room for the band to slide into the hook. Attach bands to cage at what ever level you choose by attaching the bands to the pins. Attach bands to screw hooks. The board is now suspended at waist height (or where ever) Now-chose your battle. Can be anything-a blob, 2-45s, 3-25s, a blob by the face, a plate by the hub, what ever. Step on the board and get it on the ground. Place what ever you are training onto the board. Now you have an excellent deload system that can be adjusted each week as you get stronger and stronger. Good luck- Rick Walker

Rick Walker
Thanks guys. Just used it today for 2-45s, 3-25s, and a 45 by the hub. I am going to stay on this 3 times a week and see how long it takes me to achieve each feat using this system. Rick Walker
Jedd Johnson
And they say Westside techniques can't be applied to grip training. What do you call this implement, my good man, Richard? -Napalm Jedd-

Jedd Johnson
Just a note for those who don't know: The deload implement is called "Deload Brown" to resemble the name of a former WWF wrestler called D'Lo Brown. Let the chuckling begin. -Napalm Jedd-
