• Percentage of max
• 4 x 3 reps
• No lockout

"Today's training was all about vertical bar deadlifts, USAWA style. I used a percentage of my max for reps without a lockout. The other way I like to train these is for timed holds of 10 seconds. Both ways have worked well for me over the years and it felt good to complete a very rewarding session."🤜👊🤛
