Ole' Puller
"Fat handle & gripper work" • Fat handle hand transfers • 80 plus lbs. (estimated weight/postal scale needs batteries!) • 5 x 3 reps, no chalk • Gripper negatives + 10 second hold • Silvis triceratops with the beyond the range handle "Today's training consisted of fat bar DB hand transfers and gripper negatives. I don't do hand transfers often but after a post from Adam Glass yesterday, it dawned on me that I was missing out on a valuable piece of training and I'm glad that I included them in today's workout and it's going to be a regular for sure! At 80 plus lbs, the weight was modest to get a feel but I'll definitely be adding the poundage in upcoming lifts. Afterwards I moved on to a few sets of timed negatives that felt pretty good. I don't train grippers as often as I once did but I still enjoy a good gripper session once every 2 weeks or so".

They felt great and it really demands a lot from the hands and wrists. I'm very glad that I started to include them in my training.
