Emmanouil Marizas
A set of 5 reps with Armlifting Greece Ares 250lbs gripper and 30mm setting block. Pump in forearms is real with this kind of sets! What's the hardest gripper you have managed to close with 30mm and 20mm block? https://youtu.be/qEg6GE2Wrjk Edited December 24, 2020 by Emmanouil Marizas
Busa
Great closes made it look easy. Have seen a few posts on the Armlifting Greece grippers. How do you rate them? Are they similar to the Gods of Grip?

Yes i could say they are similar to Gods of Grip and Grip Gennie. They are vey tough especially the 300lbs is one of the hardest i have ever tried and the Yperion 350lbs is out of this world, i could say it is harder than a CoC 3,5!
Busa
Thanks for the reply. I do think that it's important to support people who are trying to promote Grip sport by supplying products. I will look at my funds think I may skip the light & heavy, limit to how many too easy & no chance in closing grippers you need.
