Monday - 06-01-2020 (Thick Bar)

2 3/8" weighted dexterity balls - 1 minute

Arm Assassin 2 3/8" Wrist Wrench (weight is all inclusive, i.e., plates, pin, implement, etc.)

1x5 - Right - 55lbs

5x5 -  Right - 60lbs

5x5 - Left - 55lbs

Wednesday - 06-03-2020 (Block weights/Wrist)

Tried to do block weights, but the humidity got me.   Going forward, unless I move into the house for blob lifting, only going to do wrist on Wednesdays.  Focus is still on thick bar twice a week.  Will either stick with M/W/F (Thick/Wrist/Thick), or go M/T/TH (Thick/Wrist/Thick).  Will try M/W/F for  a few weeks. 

2x1 - 10 second hold  Right only - 25lb blob

4x1 - Right only - 37 1/2lbs blob - 1st and 2nd sets were only 5-7" from ground.  Sets 3 and 4 were to lockout. 

2x1 - Right only - 41 1/2lbs blob - Didn't budge it either set.

3x20 IM Heavy Hammer 2 - 2 1/2lb plate - Left only (Pronation/Supination, Ulnar/Radial Deviation)

2x20 IM Heavy Hammer 2- 5lb plate - Right only (Pronation/Supination, Ulnar/Radial Deviation)

1x20 Formulator - 5lb/25lb (Extension/Flexion)
