copiousGrip
Looking to make progress towards closing bigger grippers. Plan to implement more TNS sets in my training as i have discovered the disparity between my TNS and clamped grippers is pretty huge. copiousGrip
Videos of my TNS(109), MM set(133) and Clamped(145). Please share any tips or point out ways to improve my technique.
copiousGrip
Looking at it again, it is indeed slightly wider than parallel. Guess i need to practice setting my grippers more. Thanks for pointing that out

Thanks for pointing that out You could just deep set the gripper when you train narrow set, it will make you stronger and it will carry over to parallel sets to a very large extent. I tried searching what a deep set is, and got some vague info. I am going to take it that a deep set would mean the handles are past parallel and almost touching? You get overloading like that, try to set it as much as you can and close it. If I can close a gripper with deep set it means that I usually can close it with a parallel set within a couple of days or weeks, then if everything goes well, usually with 20 mm block a few days/weeks later. copiousGrip
22 hours ago, Hopefully said: Set it like this, but then open it up further to perhaps 8-15mm and go from there. But again, still set it as deep as this. This way you get as much skin grab and % of fingers over as possible. I have done those micro reps before but I personally dont think there's much to gain. Thanks for the tips. I will try deep setting my grippers soon.
