Guest Posted October 18, 2019 Share Posted October 18, 2019 Here is an idea for those that don’t have a plate curl trainer or can’t curl 35 or 45 pound plates yet. Use a clamp and put the plate further at the edge to increase the torque. Nice way for progressive overload for the fingers and wrist.
