A hip muscle is giving me some (changing) problems in squatting and DLing (since two years...), but at least I was able to DL 245kg twice in compettition recently. That was equipped lifting, but not anymore at around 115kg, now in the 93kg class. Plus my shoulders kill me when I try to get under a straight bar. 245 at 93 is the shit man! Great job! I thought about slipping on the suit for some pulls the other day, but I was too damn fat!
