First session: 

8mm HRS 180mm x1 

180mm Rebar x0 

145mm G8 nail only kink.... 

 

Second session 

Stretching (huge fking key) 

7mm nails 180mm x4 (in a row) 

8mm Rebar 180mm x1 

8mm CRS 180mm x1 PR

Wow! Really easy for you as well. Looks like we can expect 8.8 bolt, 9mm CRS and such soon.

Yeah it felt fine :D I hope to have some heavier steel in me atleast! Without going to much ham on bending :)

That bar was probably just a piece of plastic that had been miss labeled as crs.

Okay, so DO bending does destroy gripstrength :D

grippers up to a single on #3 that was max 😂 couldn't even set the next attempt.. 

blockbuster up to 32x3x5-8 something like that. 25kg hold 43 seconds which was okay for feeling so shit 

62kg holle big nope 

58kg nope...... 😂

#4 attempt felt good for not being in form for grippers, the CCS attempt was also very very fun since it didnt feel like a brick. Both felt totaly doable in the future. Left hand surprised me with 4 reps on #3 and 2 reps second set. 

Blockbuster also good for not training it. Tried the Armlifting USA hold but very tired arm.

Thanks Paul, around 57-58 but haven't really tried out to many widths. Was doing 62-64 before but it eats thumbs for breakfast so went down a bit. Should try to see even smaller. The problem is my setup. Since the 20kgs are bigger then the euro I cant get a natural flow in the tilt so makes it harder. Should do 100+ with a better setup. 50mm weights are however impossible to find 😂

So got the job done on the 8mm stainless bit tendinitis flaired up hard so the hex was a no go. Also the kink is where I am having trouble so perhaps I am not there yet :)

Ass-surgery yesterday went fine, hopefully it will heal up and not cause any more problems. 

Two separate sessions today.

First: 

T 3 3 3 3 

1.5 3 3 3 

2 3 3 3

Supersetted with reverse bending: 

7mm x 3 

8mm x180 

8mm x130 

 

Second session 

Reverse: 

7mm 180x1 

8mm 100x1 PR lol 

8mm CRS 180mm might have made a small small dent or it was just crocked from the start. 

G8 bolt 207k 5 degrees 

DO: 

7mm x2 

8mm Antons HRS (which is about 1.5 times harder my other hrs) x1 with no rubberbands, no stretched pads just roll it up and bend.

Reverse hits on 4.6 bolt and g8 bolt without movement. Trying a different technique.

DO

SB #4 2 holds both crap maybe 10 first hold. I think the DO bending takes away alot from SB.
