Bending really uses muscles/joints on the knuckleside of the hand which are very weak 😂

Bought 8mm HRS today and couldn't resist (shouldn't because my left hand is hurting alot) 

I have had some HRS 170mm home that I got from a friend but never even managed to move (any style) so bought some of my own and got both styles first attempt being very weak. So either 170 vs 180-200 was super huge or those were harder some way.

just read through basically all of this thread from the start of your journey @Lennix, great read through and pretty damn good progress! Keep it coming. 

Shame about that 282.5 DL, reckon it might have been there if it wasn't for the 260x3 PR beforehand.

Yea my 1RM has always been way higher then my estimated 1RM from reps. 260x3 tives me 287 or something so on a good day with optimal weights as warmup I'm sure 290 will be there!

I always do my big bends first and work my way down to the easier ones, my wrists get tired very fast so its best to hit the big stuff first 👍

Well done! At my low level (CCS 120 with grip genie 4) I am also better with grip genie than with coc, however the movement is wider at the end with genie grip and therefore potentially difficult! Maybe you will have to close a grip genie 190 of rgc to close your coc 178 regularly.Impressive anyway!😀

This is the second time attempting the 178 and both have been after GG6 attempt :) although my 171 #3.5 feels harder then gg6 so I dont anything anymore 😂

Bloblifts loads between sets but only 1 set with real reps managed 7 reps with 19kg blob50 replica.

CCS with #3 working on not cheating with the card and doing it controlled. Not so strong today many misses with 1mm.

This felt great. I have grinded down the edge and prepped it good with chalk. 

19kg loads of reps
