Not a ton of sleep during travel left me some what low energy. Still saw some PRs so it’s all good. Usually easy. That involved 6 hours of digging through clay and stone in North Texas in 105 degrees. Probably the hardest physical labor task this year. Absolute ass kicker. Ate a US McDonald’s for first time in 10 years...that’s how hungry I was. Seriously today was a 10/10 in terms of wrong tool for job, no ice, direct sunlight for 8 hours, nothing but hard packed stones and clay for the whole run. My lifts overall low today but ok volume.
