Just finished radiation therapy "malt lymphoma stage 1 " 4 weeks radiation treatments during that time I started to work on my grip training

Ironmind hub lift right hand

32.5 x 1,  35 x 1,  37.5 x 1,  40 x 1,

42.5 x 1 ,  45 x 1

1 hand pinch 3- 10s + 3/4" plywood disc plus plastic tubing 

32.5  x 1 ,  37.5 x 1 , 42.5 x 1 , 47.5 x 1

Done both RH & LH

2 -25s x 1 ,  2-25s + 2-1 1/4s ,  2-25s + 4 - 1 1/4s ,  2-25s + 6 - 1 1/4s ,  2-25s + 8 - 1 1/4s

I'm sorry to hear you're battling cancer!  It is very good to see you posting again!  Hope you whip it (the big C) and keep getting stronger again.

Thanks everyone they caught  it early I  got  down  to 192 lbs. back 196 lbs. feel good  waiting for biopsy  at end  of this month . 

This week workouts 

FBBC 4 1/4"  Golden Bomb " brass" as far as I know  John only made 2 of these.

Cancer treatment has come a long way.  I had stage 3B Hodgkins in 1979, and I'm still here to tell.  So with stage 1 in 2018, I am sure you will be fine, soon, and maybe even better than before (doc, after I get better, will I be able to play violin? ... etc.)

I have non- hodgkin's  lymphoma in my stomach  . They had a brand new radiation machine did 20 treatment's . After a couple  days  later  felt so much better.  ( doc , after I  get better , will still be able  to eat hot Chile?
