10/9/18 P.M. workout- I started my tricep training last night to ensure my goal of paused 315 again on my birthday in 3 months time- Usually start in Dec. but this year I have been lacking the desire and therefore been weaker than years past. Close grip 4 work sets to find out where I was at-ok and what I expected. Triceps- Pushdowns 5x 8-15, Tate press 4x15, skullcrushers 4x15-25, band underhand grip 2x many. Shoulders - old man was too tired so took my tail and ate a chefs salad instead. End of vid is effort to hub a 5lb plate, LOL crazy idea Riccardo!!

10/11/18 Late A.M. workout Plate pinching 4x4(R) 4x2(L), IM axle after 3 month absence due to 2 back strains- wanted to see where I was at - 356 lb was a struggle but I will take it- then bunch of moderate singles. FG BWT hang 1:02 almost PR:) Back feels in one piece so hopefully I can enjoy axle lifting without lots of pain as I missed doing them.

Thanks CEO, Iam going to do moderate singles from now on and when a contest has the axle go full-tilt. Too much damage to my low-back over the years to train "heavy" but moderate weight still help out and keep the form somewhat intact, LOL

Thanks gripper beast!! One plus about pretty much giving up(necessity and common sense) thickbar this year is my gripper game is much better- which at this stage is far more important than a pat on the back for lifting x amount on the axle with smallish paws and a bad low back!!

Thanks Buddy, woke up and was sore in good areas(upper back, hams, flexors) and NOT low-back so that was encouraging. Decided to do some sledge work but on smaller scale than Big Baad Joe

10/17/18 Early A.M. workout- first off want to say nothing personal yesterdays posts just stating in my direct way-Iam not great at being diplomatic. Warm-up was awful YWTL felt heavy as a house, LMAO definitely not a good sign. Fat gripz pull-ups 3 sets- either I lose weight and/or get stronger as 20 by mid-Dec is 5% chance. DB floor press 4x, light triceps and shoulders. Wrist work and some sledge. Nothing great for highlight but better than nothing.

Thanks, right back at ya big baad Joe. You have nasty MF wrist strength- which is a couple levels higher than mine! Iam working on tapping an egg before setting sledge down but it will take time- plenty of growls, F-bombs and chuckles while trying
