Mike Rinderle Posted August 1, 2018 Share Posted August 1, 2018 Been trying to find new ways to work on a sticking point I have developed a couple inches below my knees and getting some extra time under tension with heavier weight (for me lol). Been trying these and I really like them. It's a pause at my sticking point and then an RDL down to the same sticking point.
