200kg Paused Deadlift / RDL Complex

Been trying to find new ways to work on a sticking point I have developed a couple inches below my knees and getting some extra time under tension with heavier weight (for me lol).

Been trying these and I really like them.  It's a  pause at my sticking point and then an RDL down to the same sticking point.  This was a single with 440, but have also been doing them with lighter weight for reps.
