That said, there's nothing wrong with training multiple kinds of sets. I always found that my tns and ccs improved faster when I was doing lots of mms work. I think it's because you can train heavier on the hardest part of the crush. Think of it as a heavy partial at the hardest part of a lift. It's ok to be a purest, but don't limit your gains.
