Afternoon:

1. 60 mm handle dumbbell lift
67 kg 3*10 reps (within 60 sec working set, rest 3 -5 mins between sets)
60 kg *17 reps (within 60 sec working set, then worked out cluster set up to 40 reps within 4 mins)
