I'l rotate through these 4 days lifting Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. It' a linear progression with three different rep schemes. If I don't' complete all reps I draw a line under it and repeat the weight next time it comes up. I have one thing left for this space then I'll post a video tour! It was fun and nice to reconnect with some people but I also immediately felt some old aches and pains returning. Definitely a one off until I return to competetive grappling.
