CFlaherty
I was feeling good today so I decided to give the #3 my first real shot. This was way better than I thought I would do so I am pumped. First real try, the set kind of goes out of frame. You can hear some serious popping in my hand. Second attempt, probably should have rested a little longer Here is a 2.5 close. Set it a little deeper than I should've but oh well. #2 No Set attempt, any advice on how to keep the bottom half of the gripper from sliding around so much on a no set?
JD Murray
Very nice attempt. Don't think it will be long before you close it.
Boulderbrew
I love your dog's face at the end of the 2.5 close haha. Strong work. I'm new to grip training as well. I felt that the back handle slid a lot more before I developed palm calluses (they come quick though). Now that I have a solid callus in my palm, the gripper handle has something to bite and hold onto.
