mgalovic Posted September 22, 2016 Share Posted September 22, 2016 I'm not sure if it is the endorphin rush, or the oxygen rich blood flow cleaning out workout- produced by-product, including lactic acid, from the region, or both, but going for a run seems to help me with elbow pain.
