Here is a picture of the secret weapon, just load it up and pick the weight up with hand your not squeezing with and hold on. k2.400 is just a Gripper that I bought from a grip board member . When I first started Grip back in like 2008 or 2009 I did just regular closes, but I wasn’t serious into grip and the gains were slow for me then so I stopped a little while after that. I didn’t know about the grip board then though I may have stuck with it if so . Then I saw the JK Coc4 close video like 10 years after that and looked into that training and started trying that .
