In what part of Colorado are spending your vacation? On the Western Slope we are getting pounded by snow storms. All my hiking/dog walking has included post holing.

My Mom usually rents a large house in Pagosa Springs every winter with all family members invited. This year we only had one day of light snow during the week. Snow is always a fun novelty for me!😆 Great state ya got there, btw❣️

Nice PR’s duder!

Thank ya!

Minor correction - one PR.  I was just happy to bench anywhere sorta near a PR. 😊

I can’t stand doing that AMRAP stuff. Someday I’ll have to try and learn your lifting/breathing thing.

I used to hate it, too. I sorta forced myself to like it.

It's been at least 20 years since the wife and I spent time vacationing in the Pagosa Springs area. I remember looking at building sites it seemed so idyllic.

I love it. Plenty to do without too much of a touristy feel. Really good local playhouse there, too. We saw a production of Rodgers and Hammerstein’s songs from various Broadway plays. All the locals are friendly. And no AC required! Nice place.

Pause Squats (may stick with these until my knee area decides to play nice, but oddly enough squatting doesn’t hurt, but setting up under the squat bar might 🤨)

Squat

75x5

Now pretty much the only time I notice my left shoulder pain is getting under the squat bar. Left knee still painful as I set-up with it tracking out over my toes.

75x8

105x5

145x3

165x9

Pauses

190x3

Body weight is back down to 235, which is right where I want it. Just need to displace a little fat with some some muscle.

I’d be thrilled to push 95% of 400 touch n go. Gonna take putting on the weight I just lost, too. But I’m down for that. I’m so fickle.

Mine is off the mark at the moment. But late summer I did a 330x3.  Right this second I could only single that.

Well 340 was my all time best touch n go, and I weighed 35 lbs more than I do now.  You're in a different realm than me.

I'd like to try too but I'd just fail and get injured :(
