Very strong Vano! Wow.

few questions:

1. How do you typically warm up for the last video?

2. Were the last two videos two seperate days?

3. How long do you need rest now after this for working to 90% again?

Thnks!

1. 5 warm-up approaches. 20, 45, 55, 65, 70 kg RGC. 4-6 reps. are already working approaches.
2. The last two videos made in one day. That was yesterday. First I closed ghp 8 to 2 times, then 4 sets with coc 3 and 2 additional approaches were not found on the video. There closure with card retention.
3. I can not understand the question.

I think he's asking how much recovery time do you need between gripper workouts ?

Rest depends on the load, if I'm working on maximum power, then after that there is a big vacation, 3-5 weeks.

Thank you for posting here, Vano. Your videos are very inspiring for me.

Have you submitted your GHP 8 video to Wade Gillingham yet?

Are you always using blocks when training with grippers?

Recently, always use a block. Required. No contractions without block.

Application for certification Wade, I did not send, as I have done against the rules. According to the rules necessary to remove the measurement from the spring.

thank you! :^)
