Yeah in 2 1/2 weeks workout #14 I hit 325# for a single then go from there for a max. This run hasn't been great cause I haven't progressed once through the failure tests but I haven't degressed either. I'm thinking 335# or so which would be a 20# gain in 7 weeks but far from an all time PR i gotta put a lot more work in for that.

ssb atg primer sets:

290# x 1

ssb atg paused:

275# x 1 x 15 sets- 30-45 second rests

ssb dead squat:

250# x 1 x 10 sets

8# sledge work:

choked up to 15-20 rep range x lots of sets w/ every angle I could think of

-Good pump. Also did a couple max levers off the floor to a knee high box.

Yeah man big pump after that. Axle started to click for me I'm going to run with it until the PR juice runs dry.

Had to take a measure after the ext/curl super set I felt like my arms were going to explode. Just over 19" fully pumped.
