I've been keeping a log on Bender's Battlefield for a few years. The sites been down for a few days, so I figured what better time than now to start a log here!? Some background info: Age: 39 H

I was going to make one more attempt on conventional deads, but my back was twinging on the 405, so I skipped it.  Instead, I pulled against bands for the first time in a long time, which was interesting.  I am likely going to start working bands back into my routine, as when I was doing this years ago, I was able to bust through some plateaus.

I haven't done floor presses much the past few years but am going to mix things up and start working these back in, along with some other pressing movements.  I miscalculated the jump for my last attempt at 275, which was a little too much.  The 275 went OK, but was pretty close to max at the current time.
