rico300zx Posted March 6, 2013 Author Share Posted March 6, 2013 yesterday 10pm cardio squats at home 135x1 225x1 315x1 430x1 chin ups 5x5, these are getting easier. today, 830am workout at planet fitness cardio ATG squats on the smith machine nominal weight was feeling the 5x5 decided to do triples instead 135x4 225x2 315x1 405x1 500x1 500x3 500x3 500x3 dumbell curls 30lb, 3 sets of 10 I did this because my whols arms were sore from squatting for some reason. so i figured why not really get the bloood flowing. it worked. military press 185x2 leg curl machine 3 sets of 10 streching how about im sore from all my pinching the other day, guess i had a good workout! 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
