Block 3 benching. Getting some pudge back is making things feel pretty good again.

Paused Bench Press w/SS 285 x 5 x 5r
 
Full Paused Pull-ups (258# of ff) x 10 x 3r
 
Monkeyed around with some of my wide 35# plate pinches and plate curls. 
 
Bent a SCF 3 rimmed shoe about halfway. Need practice. 
 
Reversed a 6” gr8 bolt.

Really happy with the easy 200# pinch. Easing off of the pressing a bit to heal up a bit. Friday hit me hard.

Got caught up here finally-  Looks like solid work (as usual) and deadlift is still rocking strong, and squats all day!  Also it looks from the press numbers like that shoulder has cleared up, NICE!!!

Thanks buddy! Yeah, getting feeling a little less injured again for a change. Getting fat again helps haha!

- cut back to doubles after the first set so I can keep a good progression over the weeks to come. First set of 4 felt good though. Just trying to play it smart and to not stall out.
