If you answered yes to any of those questions you need to train with the weaver gripper!! It's like this grip fans, if you want to train wrist AND crush in one crazy assed lift then the weaver gripper if for you. Take a normal common garden variety weaver stick and file to flats on the end. Clamp the gripper on the flats of the stick and leaver that weaver! You'll need good wrist strength and great crushing power to hoist a biggy out on this lift. Let me know what you guys can manage.
