filipvk Posted June 4, 2016 Author Share Posted June 4, 2016 The last grippers workout was a light one, it was just let's say a test because atm I'm doing different grip related workouts (rolling thunder, pinch, fat gripz and wrist developer) just to see how it is affecting my gripper strength and I was surprised how easy was every single close I did with my hardest 3. But I missed my 3.5 by a couple of mm because I set it with parallel handles (last year I closed it with a deep set) and I'm not ready for it yet, I hope I'll be soon. filipvk Posted August 25, 2016 Author Share Posted August 25, 2016 Did my best gripper session few days ago. 3 x 20mm block set with a medium 3, 5 x parallel set with my hardest 3 (around 155lbs) with BH and managed to close from parallel set the Elite with RH, with LH messed with the set and almost closed it.
