Roark Posted August 10, 2002 Share Posted August 10, 2002 After warm-ups: 160 x 5 185 x 2 205 x 1 225 x 1 190 x 10 185 x 6 The 225 felt heavier today so I did not push for a second rep, played safe and dropped weight for more reps. Each wrist curl workout, which is every four or five days, I will get 225, and then hopefully begin getting more reps with that amount, but,unless injured, I will get the 225 as my goal.
